The staff here was super friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed our comfortable stay with a nice balcony; be sure to check out the delicious food at the bird watching cafe just a short walk away, plus it's conveniently close to the airport, only 12 miles.

there was no wifi signal in the rooms. such tourist sights as obihiroshi yasoen were close to the hotel. tempura tsurugi counter, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

The rooms were spacious, excellent. Onsen had a variety of indoor and outdoor baths. Complimentary guest lounge with good coffee. Great pastries with breakfast.

The onsen facilities were a highlight of my city trip. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor hot spring in the snow. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast offered a good range of options.

The location was a bit remote and required a car or bus to access additional dining options. The checkout process could have been more efficient as some staff members were unprofessional.

Nearby a shopping area, only two minutes walk. Hotel towels are big enough. It has an indoor pool a bit small but quite ok.

The bed sheets were never changed during our four-day stay. the breakfast buffet offers little choice and doesn't taste that good.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The spacious rooms provided enhanced comfort, and we loved indulging in the variety of indoor and outdoor baths at the onsen. The complimentary guest lounge with its good coffee was a nice touch, and we couldn't resist the great pastries offered during breakfast.

We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city. Its proximity to the shopping centres, supermarket and fast food stores make it very convenient. the service is gracious and the rooms are tranquil. the magnificent view from the room is truly breathtaking. the beds are very comfortable and the hot springs are divine.

Sadly, there was only limited space for parking, which was a little challenging.
